    We do not charge any cancellation fees. However, refunds will be based on the progress of the project. If more than 25-50% of the project is complete, a full refund may no longer be possible.

    Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We begin working on your project only after receiving all the necessary details and conducting a consultation with you. If you decide to cancel before the project has started or if only the framework and basic elements have been developed, a partial refund may be possible, depending on the progress. However, once the project exceeds 25-50% completion, a full refund may not be feasible as substantial work has already been done.

    Throughout the project, we will provide regular updates, demos, and previews to ensure your vision is reflected in the work. This minimizes the need for cancellations, but if you're not satisfied with the work, we'll address the issue promptly.

    If cancellation is necessary, we will issue a full refund, provided that the work has not advanced significantly. Please note that after a refund is processed, the project, links, designs, and all related work will be canceled, blocked, or deleted.

    You can easily schedule a call or meeting with us by visiting our Booking Page. You can choose your preferred time and date for the call. For urgent matters, please mention it in the booking form, or you can directly call us during our Urgent Call Period (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

    We understand that things can come up. However, we make sure to send reminders before your scheduled call (2 hours, 20 minutes, and 5 minutes prior) to help you stay on track. If you miss the call, we'll send an automatic response to check the urgency of the situation and determine whether we need to reschedule or provide support in another way. If you don't respond within the booking time, we'll follow up to ensure proper communication.

    You can cancel your appointment through the booking system or by sending us an email at [email protected]. If you’ve already been invoiced, please note that our cancellation and refund policy applies, based on the progress of the work.

    Yes, you can request an urgent appointment during the Urgent Call Period (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Thursday). Simply flag your request as urgent, and we’ll prioritize your call. 

  • Do you offer in-person consultations?

    Currently, we provide consultations through calls or virtual meetings. If you would like to inquire about in-person consultations, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll discuss the options. 

  • How will I know if my appointment is confirmed?

    Once your appointment is successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. If there’s any issue with your booking, we will contact you to resolve it. 

  • What happens if I call outside of business hours?

    For calls outside regular business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), we will do our best to respond, but there may be a delay depending on availability. We prioritize urgent calls between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM (Monday to Thursday). 

  • Can I book a call outside of regular hours?

    You can book a call outside of our regular hours, but please make sure to book in advance. Calls without prior booking may not be answered immediately unless flagged as urgent. 

  • Are calls automatically recorded?

    Yes, all calls are recorded for security and quality assurance purposes. You will be notified at the beginning of each call, and by continuing the call, you consent to the recording.

    Yes! We are available 24 hours on weekends to accommodate your needs. However, please try to book in advance to ensure we can prioritize your call during non-urgent hours.
